your Bundled or For-Sale Software Package
Introducing - BioCert® Authenticator Toolkit
ISV Version - 500 Fingerprints per Server
This toolkit is based
upon the popular BioCert Authenticator Professional and
allows for up to 500 biometric templates in the built-in
database per implementation. You can bundle this
package with your software for sale based upon a very
minimal expense.
There are several terms
and conditions to this agreement
- Upon successful
integration within your application and a
satisfactory performance evaluation from your
engineering staff you will be issued a license
to re-distribute our BioCert Authenticator
Professional incorporated within your
application.
- Upon such
successful integration you will be required to
provide monthly tracking of product sold
incorporating our software.
- You may not
change nor obscure the branding of our BioCert
Server or Client authentication screens.
- Upon successful
completion of the above, and approval of the
performance by your engineering team, you may
not purchase another fingerprint biometric SDK,
develop or enter into an agreement to develop a
fingerprint authentication program to replace
the BioCert Authenticator Professional for a
minimum period of 12 months.
- A minimum
initial order of 30 copies of the license fee at
$30.00 for your software incorporating the
BioCert Authenticator Professional must be
purchased upon completion of the successful
integration and evaluation.
Please inquire separately about our ISV Program for
integration of our Enterprise Version - up to 20,000
Fingerprints per Server.
Upon acceptance of the
above terms and conditions and approval of our
management team to enter into our program and signing
our ISV agreement we will:
- Provide you
with a FREE copy of the BioCert Authenticator
Professional for development purposes.
- Incorporate
and Re-Distribute our BioCert Authenticator
Professional version bundled within your
for-sale software package subject to the
terms of our agreement and based upon the
following schedule of monthly sales.
These fees will be paid at the end of each
monthly cycle
- 1-100
Licenses Distributed - $30 per license
fee
- 101-500
Licenses Distributed - $20 per license
Fee

501-1000 Licenses Distributed - $10 per
License Fee
- 1001 or
more licenses - $8.00 per license
- Distribute
within your enterprise free of charge the
BioCert Authenticator Professional bundled
software for training and sales purposes.
- Use the
BioCert Authenticator Professional
within your organization incorporated within
your internal applications.
Our standard software
programming toolkit offers 1:n matching capability up to
500 users.
The ISV Toolkit
is a full-featured toolkit with all of the functionality
of the Professional edition with a hard coded 500 user
limitation.
